Preparation & Storage

Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 25-27 minutes
Makes: 12 muffins
Serving Size: 1 muffin (37 g of mix) - Makes 12 muffins

You will need:

1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly spray 12 muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Stir muffin mix, water and oil in a large bowl. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 25-27 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes before removing from muffin tin. Store in airtight container.

Must be used under strict medical supervision. Not intended as the sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for wheat-free diets.

Storage
This product can be stored unopened for up to 16 months in a cool, dry place (out of direct sunlight). Once opened, store in an airtight container and use within one month.
